About me

I got started with fitness at the age of 17 as a healthy New Year's Resolution.

Little did I know at the time that this decision would turn my life upside down.

The discipline and work ethic I have developed through bodybuilding has made a positive impact on other aspects of my life and has led me to become a more confident & healthier individual.

Unfortunately, there are still many people that associate fitness with hours of cardio, unsustainable diets, and suffering. The main reason this misconception still exists is due to the false information that is spread on social media. My goal is to educate women about fitness & nutrition correctly and to teach them that it is possible to reach their goals and still enjoy life without extreme restrictions.
