How I Grew My Fitness TikTok to 100K Followers (By Actually Using My Brain)
I didn’t hit 100K by luck.
I hit it by analyzing content like data, watching competitors, and asking:
“How can I do this better?”
I didn’t post for fun. I studied the algorithm. I looked at what made people stop.
What triggered a response. What formats outperformed others.
And when I found something that hit — I repeated it, rewrote it, repackaged it, and posted it again.
I wasn’t trying to be aesthetic — I was trying to be rightI grew through controversy that mattered.
I called out:
-
Fat loss shakes
-
Starvation diets
-
Influencer calorie obsession
-
Skinny teas, waist trainers, and all the other trash people push
And people got mad — good.
Because the ones who weren’t mad were the ones finally learning something.
The numbers proved it:
90% of my audience was female.
I wasn’t thirst trapping. I was speaking directly to women who were tired of being lied to.
What that strategy turned into:
-
I built and sold my resistance band brand: SHEBANDS
-
I sold digital products through my TikTok
-
I worked with Nike
-
I was awarded a TikTok’s Genius Creator Award
-
And I got hired by TikTok USA as a creator + mentor
→ where I’ve now worked for years
→ helping shape their UGC creator programs
→ and working with 1,000+ brands behind the scenes
Even though I don’t post fitness anymore...
That account gave me everything I needed to learn how to reverse engineer growth in any niche.
It taught me to stop looking at content like art — and start looking at it like a system.
I learned to ask:
-
Why did this video hit 1M+?
-
What part of this structure made people stop scrolling?
-
What was the emotional trigger behind the save?
-
How can I use that same format — in a different voice, for a different audience?
Once you see those patterns, you can build anything.
A fitness brand. A legal expert’s personal brand.
It’s all the same analysis and strategy
That’s what I do now.
If you want to grow online without guessing — and actually understand what makes content perform — I’ll help you do that.
Not with “tips.” With strategy.
